DavesArtRoom is a philosophy that believes
music is an art form, and lends itself to feelings and visual images that you see in your mind.
Brothers Dan and Dave make up DavesArtRoom, with Dan doing vocals, guitar and bass, and Dave doing background vocals, drums and artwork.
Music and art are all things to all people. Songs can make you laugh, cry, think, and remember life experiences.
Like a diary, hopefully the combination of these elements can be heard and felt in the songs and pictures we produce because for us, that's what went into their creation.

Hi. This is Dave,
DavesArtRoom is a name that my brother Dan came up with for our music projects. I do some artwork, so he thought that to add the art with the music would fit. My brother has played guitar in bands from time to time and eventually decided that we should write songs together.
As we started little by little getting back into the groove of music while I pursued my art hobby, we began to experiment which led us to record in a nearby studio. We have nearly 100 songs which we would like to continue recording in the studio and at home while hoping to work on videos and any creative outlet this would lead to. Some of our influences include, Missing Persons, The Cars, Van Halen, Metallica, Killswitch Engage, Depeche Mode, Thomas Dolby, The Sex Pistols, Nirvana, No Doubt, The Doors, Blondie, Bush, Weezer, Blink 182, The Ting Tings, Jimi Hendrix, Bob Dylan, The White Stripes, The Beatles, ...too many to name them all!!. We hope you like the music!
